Chef Negust is a celebrated award-winning former Virgin Islands Olympic Culinary Team member who has spent a lifetime learning from and working with gold-standard chefs worldwide. With a heritage that spans from Portugal to Trinidad, to Brooklyn, to St. Croix USVI, and now North Texas for the last 8 years, Chef Negust Kaza is quite at home creating dishes with international flavors while targeting the key ingredients that will provide the daily nutrients for a completely healthy body.
